An agency born in the cage
Notorious MGMT was born from a simple observation: too many talented fighters see their careers stall for lack of serious support. Undervalued purses, poorly chosen opponents, no sponsors, unmanageable paperwork: obstacles that have nothing to do with talent.
We created Notorious to change that. A human-sized structure, close to its athletes, that treats every career as a long-term project. We don't aim to sign as many fighters as possible, but to make each of them the best fighter they can be.
Today, Notorious MGMT supports a roster of professional and amateur fighters in France and abroad, with one clear ambition: bringing them to the biggest stages in world MMA.

Don Piif
Founder & manager
A lifelong combat sports enthusiast, Don Piif founded Notorious MGMT with one conviction: a fighter should only have one thing on their mind: winning. Everything else, negotiations, sponsors, logistics, image, is management's job.
Working closely with gyms, promoters and athletes, he built a network and a method that put people first. Every fighter on the roster is personally followed, with a clear career plan and measurable goals.
